Repairs you can book like everything else.

Getting a generator serviced or a leak fixed in Lagos usually means asking around, haggling at the gate, and hoping the artisan turns up. Fixgent is a marketplace that makes it a booking: you see a real price before you choose, pay online, and your money is held until the job is done.

The people doing the work — we call them Taskers — are independent tradespeople who set their own prices. Before they can take bookings, the Fixgent team checks their government ID and interviews them about their experience on a video call. Customers can see each Tasker's completed jobs and reviews, which only come from real bookings.

If a job isn't done right, the Fixgent Promise means we send the Tasker back or refund you.
